Meatball Croissant

This here, is SOOO good I can't stand it!

Here is what you'll need:
Croissant dough triangles
frozen meatballs
BBQ sauce
cheese

First, I opened the croissant package and separated them all out. on a cookie sheet. Next I placed a meatball on each one. Then I put a pinch full of cheese on top (grated or shredded will work) and topped it with BBQ sauce. Once all ingredients were added, I rolled them up so nothing was showing but dough. I placed sesame seeds or pepper on top just for looks but you don't need to if you don't have any.

Place in preheated oven (350*f). Cook until croissants are golden (about 25 minutes).

Now go share the goodness with your family!

Oil that is called for to make the pesto sauce

Cook frozen tortellini as directed (usually add noodles to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes)
Cook Pesto sauce in seperate pan
Combine the two, stir and enjoy!
